Return & Exchange Policy

At Unrush, we strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and meets the highest quality standards. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer options for returning or exchanging items under certain conditions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange:

We offer product replacements of the same style and not across style. So you will be able to get a replacement of the same style in the same size or a different size. We are currently unable to exchange a product for a different style, however, we’re working on enabling it at the earliest. 

Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following conditions:

1- An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you, as indicated in the order confirmation email.

2- The product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Please photograph any damage or defect immediately upon opening the packaging.

3- For some reason you do not like the fit of the product after receiving it or you ordered the wrong size by mistake. 

4- Your product will be eligible for exchange only if it passes the quality check at the warehouse - so do ensure that the product is unused and brand tags as packaging is intact. 

How to Exchange Your Purchase:

If your purchase meets our exchange criteria, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for exchange
  • Image of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable)

To do this, log into your www.shopunrush.com account, go to your order history, select the product you wish to exchange and click on exchange. 

Delivery of Exchanged Item:

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you, with an expected delivery time of 5 working days for domestic shipments only if it passes quality check. Hence, to make your exchange experience seamless, please ensure that you return the product in the state you received it - unused, with brand tags and packaging. 

RETURN POLICY

While we design clothes such that they fit most bodies and take care of quality, it so happens that when you receive the product, you want to return it due to size or fit issues or any other reason. That’s completely fine. 

Eligibility for Return

1- Make sure that the product you return is unused, unworn and in the condition you received with all the product tags in-tact 

2- Make sure that you initiate the return process within 5 days from receiving the product. We will not be able to process returns after this window. 

How to Return Your Purchase:

If your purchase meets our return criteria, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Image of the defective or incorrect product

To do this, log into your www.shopunrush.com account, go to your order history, select the product you wish to return and click on return.

Refund of returned item(s):

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check to ensure that the product is in a condition that it was sent and that the product that has been returned is the same as that was shipped.

If the product passes the quality check, we will initiate a refund of the full amount (after deducting any shipping costs that might have been paid) and you will receive the refund within 5-7 business days. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At times, due to unavoidable circumstances, Unrush may be unable to process or dispatch certain validly placed orders. Unrush reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Possible reasons for cancellation include limited product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing details, issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team, or concerns regarding product quality. Additional verification or information may also be required before an order is accepted. If an order is cancelled after payment—via credit card, debit card, Gift Card, Credit Note, or any other method—has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 15 working days. In such cases, any vouchers used will be returned to the customer and remain available for future use.
