At Unrush, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely, beautifully packaged, and within the promised timelines. Orders are shipped throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2–5 days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 2,000

• A nominal shipping fee of INR 150 applies to orders below INR 2,000

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract an additional fee of INR 200, irrespective of order value

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 10–15 days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance timelines.

Shipping Charges & Duties

For international orders:

• Shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and all applicable taxes are already included in the product prices displayed on the website

• You will not be required to pay any additional charges at the time of delivery

In the rare event that you are charged additional duties or fees upon delivery, please share proof of payment with us and we will reimburse the amount.

Delivery Assistance

Please provide a valid local contact number for the destination country so the courier partner can coordinate delivery smoothly.

Shipping Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted and reputed courier partners. In locations where courier services are unavailable, orders may be shipped via Government Registered Parcel services.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we request that you do not accept the package.
